Latest & Greatest News
1. Great news to everyone who has ordered a discovery kit and I know there is a few of you. Today on VIPs a great message was released. For all of those who ordered a discovery kit and have not seen any sight of it yet shall be seeing shiny metal soon. It has been officially noted that they will be dispatching all discovery kits, on back order, by Monday February 2nd!
2. For those girls who are interested, Joy, Julie and Christina are running a 300 Pacer promotion. All you have to do is achieve 300 pacer status (300 PV) in either January or February (up to 21st February) to qualify for this special day. The day will include visiting shops, and perhaps followed by coffee at Sanctuary Cove or the movies at Harbor Town. It will be a full day and nothing is compulsory but it will be a great day as the diamonds, emeralds and all those other high pin levels shall be there.
3. There is a new EP income model on the Broad website, so replace the one you currently have with the new updated and improved one.
4. For anyone who ordered goodies that were on sale, please double check that you were charged the right amount. If you were mischarged please give the company a call to fix up this mistake.

Summer Conference
What a great time was had by all who went.
Leadership dinner on Friday night was awesome and spectacular. The theme was Hawaii and as Winston put it 'Dress smart casual with no bits showing'
If you weren't there, plan to be at the next one or else you will be wondering what you missed out on the next day when part of the number break out in laughter at insignificant sayings.
Saturday was just as fun, with a live band provided at the beginning on the night session.
The speakers were inspirational, especially Bill & Briohny with their love of shopping. They are a pair of successful diamonds from Adelaide. They built this business with 3 kids ending up with 5 kids by the time they were diamond (when they turned diamond they had a 6 month old). They proved that anyone can do it.
One other speaker that stood out was Gary MacDonald, a pastor from the Gold Coast. He is only 33years old yet already so successful in his chosen field. He did an awesome speech on how not to be a 'draino'.
After the close of Saturday night's session, we all disappeared off to a night owl with Joy & Winston and Bill & Briohny.
Winston & Joy are so in touch with their group, especially if you are doing something. They will help you out if you ask them for it, by putting you in touch with the right people, tapes, CDs or books.
If you want to hear more about Summer Conference then do not hesitate to ask.

3. EP - Production is looking to be increased in the future to match the demand.
4. From Feb 2004 - EP consultants will be able to become credit card merchants. Fees 50cents per transaction + 1.8% per transaction and merchant cost $10 per month - bankcard, visa, mastercard used only (see the sales soar!) - - xplore capital provide through Westpac bank - full announcement in January.

4. You can work 3 days a week - 2 nights, 1 saturday
5. Work same days and same times each week - schedule - structured diary

1. From Jenny Dawson - When STP for EP, keep it simple. Do not clutter or push and keep it low detail. Women are often very busy with many things going on so too much detail often clutters or confuses. If they wish to get started in the EP business then, at a later date you can go through things, such as the sliding scale and numbers. If it is kept simple then they can go and show it, straight away, to someone else, thus helping to grow your business quickly.
2. If a no is received from a STP, then try to turn it into a showcase. You may be surprised at where it leads you.
3. PATIENCE!!!
4. One of the reason for the back orders in EP is due to the high standards involved in the manufacture of the goods. They are picky on suppliers, wanting someone who can offer things like quality and pride in their workmanship and keep the pieces at an affordable price.
5. Good News! The company shall not be deducting payments in January, for kits not received/shipped in that month.
If you need those training notes or wish for a refresher night in showing the EP range, let either Tim or Judith know so it can be arranged.

How to manage your EP profits - one suggestion
"As far as what to do with your retail profit, what I'm doing is all the profit will go towards paying of my kit asap then after the kits paid off I'll keep about 60 - 80% for myself and the rest can go back into the business to pay for petrol, catalogues, functions etc oh and of course new pieces of EP when they arrive. Your right, you and your family need to be rewarded occasionally. Sometimes you then sometimes your family."

2. Keep your eye on the main website for changes to the TNA list. It is updated every second working day and product availability seems to change with each one. Do not let this stop you from ordering pieces as they may become available by the next time the list is updated.
3. The new customer and host offers for the month of December are up on the website and available for download. There are some equally great offers available this month and they go from 28th November 2003 to 31st December 2003. Get in early to ensure you get what you want.
